Our online shop has selected special products of Shizuoka, of those are carefully chosen to meet high quality inquiries from customers who are keen to know the story of the product and a message from the product maker.

This is a kind reminder that, once the product are purchased, each shop will take care of the delivery and we will not appoint the date & time.  Once the shop is ready to deliver your order, we will send you a notifying email to ensure its smooth delivery.

If you purchase from more than 1 shop, each delivery will be made separately by the shops.

How to purchase

Delivery

Direct delivery from the shop will be made within maximum 5 working days,

Delivery charge

Basically, delivery charge is included in the total price, however, some item have seperated charge which may show a different terms of a delivery. Therefore, please check the details of each products.

( If you find some products show [ free of delivery charge) , it means that the delivery charge is already included ) 

Please be reminded that if  you purchase same product more than 2 , we will charge each delivery fee even if the receipt is the same. If you want to appoint different destination per same shop, please order 1 by 1 separately to appoint each receiver’s address.

Terms of Payment 

Credit card, Carrier payment, PayPal

( bank transfer and settlement from convenience stores are not accepted.

PAY ID

If you register PAY ID, your registered information of address & payment information will be memorized and you can process the shopping more easily in the future.

You can enjoy shopping even if you don’t register in PAY ID ,  simply click [ agree] with terms & condition then REMOVE the click [ register ID ], and press [ NEXT ] to continue.

INVOICE

Your invoice and the receipt will NOT be attached to the product. Please refer to the payment details of your credit card & other payment tools.

If you need an invoice, make suke to write a remark  [ request an invoice ] . We will issue an invoice to you by email. If you request an invoice after the arrival of the product, please contact us WITHIN 5 days after the arrival.

Return goods

If there is a damage or problem on the quality, please contact FIEJA SELECTION within 10 days after the arrival of the product, then return the item to the shop. The shop will examine the problem and then make an replacement with new item,  or return the total amount of the item and a delivery charge to you. Kindly be noted that the shop will not bear the replacement or return the item if there is a period of time after the purchase.

Return of product or refund due to a reason of  customer’s own convenience will not be accepted.
